1. Rights and obligations of users:
The conditions to access smartable.es (SMARTABLE IOT, S.L.U - CIF: B54985536 - Address: San Eloy, 14 - 03804 Alcoy/Alcoi (Alicante)) as of now, smartable.es, are contingent to legal provisions in force at all moment and the principles of good faith and licit use of the user, prohibiting expressly and without limitation any action that could go in detriment or damage of smartable.es or third parties.
Smartable.es does not demand the previous subscription for simple navigation, access or use of services. The user promises to make a licit use, diligent, honest and correct where information or content they have access to, through smartable.es or third parties previously provided by smartable.es and all this under the principles of good faith and respect in all moment to the law in force. The compromise acquired is to be governed in accordance to the provisions of the law, morality and public order; do not copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, transform or modify the contents without prior consent and written from smartable.es or the person in charge.
Finally, the user promises to comply with all the requirements laid in relation to the rights of intellectual and industrial property and other analogues.
User registration and login
The user promises to select, use and retain their login name or “username” and their “password” (onward and together with “Access Codes”) in accordance with the previsions of the following clauses.
The User with have the option to choose and indicate their own Access Codes. The User will not be able to choose as User name, words, expressions or joint graphic-denominations that are offensive, slanderous, shared by trademarks, trade names, signs of establishments, company names, advertising expressions, names and pseudonyms of figures of famous or public importance for whose use is not authorised, and in general, contrary to law, morality and public order. Smartable reserves the right to remove or suspend any user name that meets any of the above features.
The user agrees to make a lawful and diligent use of access keys, as well as not to give them to third parties. The user promises to communicate truthfully to the staff of smartable.es about the loss or theft of Access Codes, as well as any risk of access to them by third parties.
Access Codes can only be used by the users to who they have been assigned. Smartable.es is exempt from any liability that may accrue for the damage caused or suffered by the fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the guard and custody of the Access Codes, loss or use contrary to the provisions of these general terms and conditions.
2. Rights and obligations of Smartable
Smartable reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of service without prior notice to the user, provided it is necessary to carry out operations to maintain, update or improve the service. You can also modify the conditions of access and specific locations of the web content, also prevent, restrict, block, cancel or withdraw the access to the services to the users when they did not make licit, honest and diligent use of the services provided by the website.
Also, you can remove, block or restrict the use of the contents posted by third parties that may be unlawful, racist, criminal, or advocacy of terrorism, violations of human rights, defamatory, pornographic, constituent scam or otherwise violating laws or regulations, nationally or internationally.
The price that appears indicated at all times next to the product includes VAT.
Smartable.es has established a collaboration agreement with RAPID EXPRESS to guarantee the delivery of its purchase in the best conditions and in the period of time agreed.
The delivery service is 24h for orders made before 5pm that same day, if the order is placed after 5pm, the 24 hours will count as of the next day. Working days and previous checking of pay.
Transport charges, insurance and pre notice (system that notifies the client of the soon delivery of the package) according to conditions:

- Balearic Islands: 9€

Orders will be carried out through the website, and will only be binding once it is established the acceptance of the payment. Subsequent to the issue of the order the customer must proceed to payment by any of the possible payment methods available at that time at smartable.es. The maximum amount accepted in any case will be 5.000€, regardless of the number of pieces. The price offered in the order will remain for a maximum of 7 days.
When a product is no in stock it will be indicated on its own page and it will not be available to order. The customer may request an approximate date of replacement, using the methods of contact as well as a list of similar products or higher characteristics.
The place of delivery is indicated to the client in the purchase order form. The orders will be considered made on the same day if it is done before 5pm. In the case that it is ordered previous to 5pm, or in a non working day, it shall be considered the next business day. In any case, it starts counting after smartable.es receives the order.
After receiving the payment for an order, smartable.es shall issue and send by email to the address given, the invoice. Smartable.es reserves the right to refund the amount paid and cancel the order. This right will be exercised after irregularities in the procedure or in suspicions of a crime.
All our items are guaranteed according to the European norm of 2 years. The customer is obligated by the terms and conditions specified in the guarantees of the supplier of the products bought through smartable.es.
The warranty applies provided the product is used under normal conditions of use, determined by the providers. Smartable.es is not obliged to indemnify the user or any third parties for the consequences of the bad use of the product, being direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit, damage from deterioration or the loss of the product.
The products are out of warranty if, one delivered to the client, they have received any deterioration due to external events or accidents.
All our promotions are limited until the end of stock, or the end of the promotion. If the stocks of the promotion end, a deal will be met to find the best solution to substitute the product or promotion.
The client is obliged to meet the requirements of a promotion in order to benefit from it. This way the firm reserves the right to revoke an order in there are suspicions or evidence of fraudulent use of any promotion.
In the event of a return of an order, this must be returned entirely with all the items that the client received through the promotion.
8.Returns, changes and refunds policy

Changes and returns
You can make the change up until 15 days posterior to receiving your purchase. This should be sent in the same state of reception, previously warning of the return through our channels (contact of our webpage, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org). Postage for return shall be payed by the client, and the referral by smartable.es
Amount of refund.
A refund can be asked for throughout the 15 previous days to receiving the product. The amount corresponding to the following shipping charges will be deducted from the refund:
Spanish peninsula: 9€
Balearic Islands: 9€
Canary Islands: 9€
Ceuta and Melilla: 9€
USA and Canada: 9€
Rest of the world: 9€
The process to ask for a refund of a product is the following:
- Navigate through “Mi account > History and details of my order”
- Subsequently, all order will appear, you must select the order of which you want to ask for the refund.
- Select the list, the products you want to refund and indicate the motive.
- Ask for a refund clicking of “Make ticket of refund RMA”
At this moment the petitions has been sent to the owner of the firm and you must wait for confirmation.
